INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Mogo/Cassava peeled and cut into 1cm thick chips OR
Frozen Cassava/Mogo (which is available at LuLu supermarket in Dubai)
Cook the fresh Mogo/ cassava in boiling water for 20 minutes or you can steam if your using frozen
Once cooled cut into 1cm thick strips
Deep fry on medium heat in oil until golden brown
Serve with salt, chilly powder, and a choice of your chutney. Red chutney, Green coriander chutney, Tamarind chutney, Yogurt and mint chutney, Ketchup, Chilli sauce or indulge with salt, chili powder and lemon juice!
Tastes best when served hot!
