FASTING GREEN SALAD - STIR FRY GREEN MANGOES, CUCUMBERS, BELL PEPPERS, MINT & LIME
Perfect warm salad to be served when fasting or anytime.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 Raw green mango
1-2 Cucumbers
1 Green Bell pepper
8-10 Mint leaves
1 Lime
1 tsp oil
1-2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
METHOD:
Cut mango, cucumbers and bell peppers into long strips about 2 inches long
Heat oil in a pan add the cumin when it crackles add the sesame seeds and then the cut mango, cucumbers, bell pepper strips. Stir for 3-4 minutes as it tastes nice a little crisp add mint.
Before serving add salt and lime to your taste.
