ICED PASSION FRUIT DESSERT

This dessert is just what you need on a hot summer evening, you can serve it in a tall glass or Ice-cream popsicle, so refreshing!





Serves approx: 6-8


INGREDIENTS:


1 cup Passion fruit juice

400gm of Whipped cream

400gm Condensed milk

5-6 Passion fruits

Mint leaves for garnishing (optional)



METHOD:


  1. Blend the passion fruit juice and condensed milk.

  2. To this add the whipped cream and mix well

  3. Scoop some fresh passion fruit and add to the mixture (leave some for garnishing)

  4. Pour into glasses or ice-cream popsicle moulds place in freezer overnight.

  5. Serve chilled, garnish with fresh passion fruit and mint leaves.
