These olives are delicious served cold with drinks, bites or part of a mezze feast!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Fresh Green Olives
1 1/2 cup Walnuts finely chopped
1/2 Pomegranate seeds
3-4 cloves Garlic minced (or more to your taste)
1 cup Fresh Mint chopped
4 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
1 tsp Honey (optional)
1 tsp Salt
METHOD:
Crush the walnuts, garlic and mint.
In a bowl mix together the above and add the olives, pomegranate, olive oil, honey and salt
Serve cold.
